Bedale Close was made up of four individually designed detached houses built from red brick with natural blue slate roofs.

Each property featured natural stone quoins, lintels and mullions.

In keeping with the company's philosophy that any purchaser should be able to move in and do nothing else, a fully fitted kitchen complete with integrated appliances, electric garage doors and landscaped gardens were just some of a host of features included.

The land at Scarhouse Lane presented us with a different problem.

The land was a gently sloping site that benefited from tremendous south facing views.

The plot was also in the middle of a conservation village, with mainly weavers-type cottages making up the surrounding area.

Our architects were briefed to take all the above into account and to provide designs for something unique.

They returned to us with designs for two adjoining properties, each split over three levels, thus allowing residents to enjoy the breath-taking views across the Colne Valley.

Again, the properties were completely fitted throughout, with fully landscaped gardens.

School Court consisted of two exclusive large detached four bedroom homes.

Construction was natural stone with natural blue slate roofs.

Each property benefited from a detached double garage with an electric up and over door.

Both houses were finished to the highest standard, including professionally landscaped gardens, natural stone patio areas and fully designed kitchens with high quality appliances supplied and fitted.
